We're located on Grey Street in the heart of Newcastle, easily accessible by public transport and within walking distance of Central Station.

By Metro

Monument Metro station is a 3-minute walk. Exit onto Grey Street and we're located midway down the street on the left side.

By Train

From Newcastle Central Station, it's a 7-minute walk. Head south on Neville Street, turn right onto Collingwood Street, then left onto Grey Street.

By Car

Limited street parking available. We recommend the Eldon Garden or Dean Street car parks, both within 5 minutes' walk.

By Bus

Multiple bus routes stop on Grey Street or nearby on Blackett Street. Check Nexus for current routes and times.

All initial consultations are held at our Grey Street office, though we can arrange video calls for follow-up sessions if that's more convenient.

Do I need to prepare anything before my first session?

Once you book, we'll send you a simple checklist of information to gather. Usually takes about 15 minutes to pull together.

Can I bring my partner or business co-owner?

Absolutely. In fact, we encourage it for joint finances or business matters. Just mention it when you book so we allocate enough time.

What if I'm not sure which service I need?

Start with the Personal Finance Review. We'll assess your situation and recommend the best path forward, even if that means a different service.

Do you offer remote consultations?

Initial consultations are in-person at our office, but follow-up sessions can be done via video call if you prefer.
